VG vs RL (Virtual-reality Gaming vs Real Life)

What is a game? What is real? It seems that sometimes we can never tell or draw a very clear line.

Having indulgded and hooked on to the famous RPG in the market - WoW for more than a month, personally find that it's fun but also tiring. It can really eat up your time and make you sit in front of the screen for whole day. Sometimes in my dream i would think about how to kill the mobs.... fireball, frost.... PvP, etc. I'm very excited when I'm able to get a mount (a horse) as my own transport. Sounds very silly, perhaps that's all the joy and fun abt RPG. Visiting AH to check the price of goods is much similar to looking at the stock price of NYSE or HSI. When cooking, eating blood sausage or spider legs seems to be real, playing weapons and all the attacks are like martial arts, swimming at BB is like in Hawaii, sometimes it's getting hard to distingish what is reality.

Perhaps it is a place to achieve something we would never be able to do in our real life gives us all these fantacies. The one and the only difference is if the character is dead it will come alive again and again and again. For sure this would never ever happen in our life. So what for to sit 18 hours in the screen and punching the keyboard and mouse? Is it the only thing we can do? I'm sure it is not. We would be in trouble if we have excess of something r lacking on another thing. The key word is "Balance".
