It's not my first time to visit there. Today is my second time. I'm not a vegeterian or vegan, but I do eat them so long as they taste good! It doesn't really need to be mocked meat kind of thing, but simply taste good is the key.
I have lost count of how many businesses had changed hand at this shop location until recently a huge signboard really attracts my attention while I was waiting for bus at Jalan Eunos. Another thing caught my attention was "hungry go where" search, while looking for food around my place this name popup of the list and made me drill further of what's all about.
My first visit was together with Panda, who doesn't like mocked meat type of veg food at all. The food itself is not something cheap like the hawker & kopitiam in the same area. They are on par with those usual fast food chains, the set they offer would be something like Carl's Jr in terms of price and size from our opinion. But it's a slightly heathier choice as compare with eating a big bulk of meat versus soy/mushroom patty plus more veg inside the burger. The taste is nice and Panda likes it (yup, from a person who doesn't like mocked meat and raw veg). My smoky BBQ is taste like as if you are eating meat with the mushroom patty. Fries are freshly fried and hot with a sprinkle of seaweed over, a plus for that. The juice are organic fruit juice, but are just concentrated juice with a lot of ice, so it's a bit diluted when drinking.
Today I head down again for my tea cum dinner and tried the Hawaiian pineapple set also. It's a bit on the sweet side because of the sauce and the big piece of pineapple inside. Overall it's still good and refreshing. The thing i like about the burgers is the buns which is organic rye bread with sunflower seeds or something like that... not very sure. Anyway, I always like to eat multigrain bread than plain bread, and I like freshly made bread rather than those mac don don buns with load of preservatives.
Overall I have no disappointment with the food they provided plus the cosy and relaxing environment. The food may not be the most healthy kind given the fact there are still a lot of fried food here and there, but I'm sure they are a heathier choice, and most important it's tasty also.
