Lousy workers
Mua hahahahhahaaaaaaaaa........... I do not how long i didnt really blog. Maybe nowadays is trouble by those stupid work (including stupid pple around the workplace). But it's an eye-opener to see how pple behave.... jealousy, A-shoulder, calculative, slack, calculative, finger-pointing, pong yau, bad-mouth pple at the back.... etc, etc,.... well all and all I think is a mismatch of resources overall.
Why do I say that? Given the fact that there is to many of pple (mostly useless one w/o the basic level of standard of their performance) and having to little workload allocated or avaliable to those, what will they do..? Yes, something nonsense! How nonsense? Complaining work is too stress... well, when there is nothing much for those pple to do. Partying at workplace like laughing gas attack and LOL every now and then, chit chat chit chat n chit chat. Spending less than 8 hours of work... how? Go to lunch for over 2 hours, late 1 hour, asking for time-off without doing any OT... Pretend to work damn late by sending e-mail at 12 midnight showing how hardworking yet slack the whole day in the office......
phew.... yes sometimes i really don mind to shift office ASAP in order to let these pple being monitored by the pple bigger office.
Just waiting to see the show............... anyway the team will be disbanding gradually. So good luck to those lazy one in their future undertakings.... well, they just never realise wat is needed in this kind of economy..
