I'm falling sick... flu bug! hot and cold, cold and hot. Sometimes it's not you don't wanna take good care of yourself, your body, your health. But if you stuck in a place with sick people for more than 8 hours a day, there's nothing much you can really do. Breathe in and out are germs and virus.....

Open your eyes...
Another phrase people like to say for example to ask someone to look carefully for something, watch out for something, be alert, etc., or can be referred to meet the right people. Anyway, for me it's a nice song i heard just now.

Today RMB unpeg. London blast or smoke... not sure, something like evacuation.

How about tomorrow? Nobody knows. Nobody can tell. So, let's celebrate now! Every moment you have on hand now.

Open our eyes just say goodbye
我這個夜晚應該哭個痛快 相遇不算太晚
相愛不算太短 現在正好適合離開
Open our eyes and say goodbye

Last nite received a funny e-mail from my fren who was tying to introduce a new fren to me. So tonite i roll the ball and e-mail to them. Damn nonsense but funny!

Sometimes I just wonder what if we can turn the clock back.... how would it be today? A silly question that you and me and many people may ask even know we all know that what had happened had happened.

Well, people will teach you the same old things as to look forward. Most of the time, our vision is not clear.

Fast forward and eject..

Nine tips for living longer:
1. Be happy.
2. Love. Nurture an intimate, sexual relationship.
3. Have a purpose in life. Stay occupied and involved.
4. Nurture high self-esteem. Feel good about yourself and see the inner beauty in those around you.
5. Nurture your faith and the capacity to forgive.
6. Learn to control stress.
7. Eat right, but don't diet. Being moderately overweight is not a major risk factor for disease.
8. Exercise--the more the better. Both aerobic and resistance training are important.
9. Get regular medical checkups. Become an educated consumer of health care.

Day after day, nothing was happening. Bingo bingo bingo! A stupid game.
I don't know what I'm trying to write. Simply feel boring.... that's all. I can't really think of what will going to be happened in the future. But I'm quite sure, either way I'll be fine. It's just a matter of how you learn to cope with it. Well, it's not something easy actually....
Am I still waiting or already arrived alone, or just another pair of parellel lines only?
